Sajou- Yellow Indienne round box Kit - Museum and Heritage Collection

The multicolor flower motif of this embroidery was inspired by a fabric, printed in days gone by at the Oberkampf Manufactory in Jouy.  This motif comes from the cross stitch large pattern chart evoking the history of the making of Oberkampf’s Toiles de Jouy.

It is embroidered in cross-stitch over two threads of fabric using two strands of Retors du Nord. Skill level: Easy and amusing, it is perfect for novices.

Kit contains: a 14 cm square of 32 count (12 threads per cm) linen fabric, colour mustard; a card of Retours Du Nord thread card with the six colours necessary, a cardboard disc and a piece of wadding, a round tin (height 4cm - Ø 7,3cm) and a decorative matching sticker for the edge, pattern chart with all explanations for mounting.

Presented in a cardboard Sajou box.
