Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Stitchers Merchant, Australia.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to customers who place an eligible order through The Stitchers Merchant website with an Australian delivery address.
International customers are welcome to enter, provided their eligible order has an Australian delivery address.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on Wednesday 14 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
Customers who place and pay for an eligible order through The Stitchers Merchant website during the promotion period will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw per eligible order.
There is no minimum purchase amount and no additional entry fee.
5. Eligible Orders
Only genuine, paid website orders with an Australian delivery address are eligible.
Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders may be excluded, subject to applicable law.
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for this promotion.
6. Prize
One winner will receive a $500 AUD The Stitchers Merchant digital gift card.
The gift card is redeemable through The Stitchers Merchant online store, including eligible retreat bookings where gift card payments are accepted.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The gift card will be valid for three years from the date of issue.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Friday 16 October 2026 at 4PM AEDT, at Glen Innes, NSW.
Each eligible order constitutes one entry and has an equal chance of winning.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided with their order within two business days of the draw.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Any unclaimed prize or redraw will be handled in accordance with applicable trade promotion laws.
9. Publication of Winner
The Promoter intends to announce the winner on The Stitchers Merchant's Instagram and Facebook accounts and website.
Subject to the winner's consent and applicable law, the public announcement will identify the winner by their first name, surname initial and Australian delivery state.
Where required by law, the Promoter may instead publish the winning entry number or other legally required details.
The result will remain available on The Stitchers Merchant website for at least 28 days following the announcement.
10. Privacy
Personal information supplied with eligible orders will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and publish the result as described in these terms, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and The Stitchers Merchant's privacy policy.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent entries, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
