You might remember me from my years of dyeing Olde Willow Stitchery Threads and designing.  I am designing again and excited to be back!

This is the year of the Elizabeth's for Olde Willow Stitchery Design.  It just so happens that three of the five samplers that I am releasing either have Elizabeth in their first name or as their middle name.  It wasn't planned that way,

Olde Willow Stitchery - Rachel Elizabeth Morgan

Rachel's beautiful sampler was wrought in 1838.  She was born in Manhatten, NY on 4/11/24.  The sampler verse is the Ten Commandments.  The hues of blue, tan,  and green make this sampler very special.  

Fabric: 30ct Sand Dunes linen by Seraphim.

Threads: Au Ver Soie 100/3 Silks by Access Commodities:
303, 510, 517, 211, 550. DMC equivalents:  370, 823, 434, Ecru, 502.

Stitches: Cross stitch over 2 linen threads with the 10 Commandments stitched over 1 linen thread in cross stitch.  Algerian Eyelet, Four-sided stitch, Half cross stitch over 2 linen threads
