The inspiration for this pattern comes from an antique woven wool coverlet by the Gilmour brothers of Union County, Indiana ~ circa, 1839.  The sturdy farmhouse between two trees with a picket fence was their signature motif.  The piece is then finished in a cute little wooden tray...a perfect place to rest your needle and pins. 

Fabric: 40ct Ale linen by Picture This Plus.

Threads: WDW Light Khaki (2 skeins)
