GATHER IN THE GLEN for Autumn Stitch Camp 2025!
We have a dynamic designer DUO line up for 2025! Tanya Brockmeyer of The Scarlett House and Sheri Berger of Colorado Cross Stitcher!
Both designers will be presenting an exclusive kit for your stitching pleasure and Sheri will be joining us in person in Glen Innes to talk/teach/workshop throughout the event and Tanya will be joining us from (warmer and sunnier) Arizona via Zoom to present her exclusive kit design and chat to us all. Attendees will be treated to the usual TSM goodie bag, chockful of one-of-a- kind gifts and needlework accoutrements.
Where: Town Hall, Grey Street, Glen Innes NSW
When: 30th May - 1st June 2025
Cost: $690
Details: Bump in Friday from 2pm. All day and into the evening Saturday and Sunday until 3pm. Afternoon Tea x 3 (Friday, Sat and Sun), Lunch (Sat and Sun), Morning Tea (Sat and Sun). Shopping, fun and games and stitching, of course!
The wonderful Penni will be returning to cater for us all and if you have dietary requirements select the dietary requirements option and I will be in touch for preferences or please email me to advise at hello@thestitchersmerchant.com .
Deposit for $230 is required at registration.
Second instalment of $230 due 30th November 2024.
Final instalment of $230 is due by the 30th March 2025.
Full payment $690 can also be made at registration.
We regret that we are unable to offer a refund if you are unable to attend the event 30/05/25-01/06/2025. All efforts will be made to fill your place should a cancellation be requested prior to 1st February 2025. However, we cannot guarantee a full or partial refund.
Dispatch newsletters will be sent closer to the November 2024 instalment date, however for the early planners we will be hosting the smalls exchange again; same size 90 x 90 stitches (please note this is not compulsory).
Accommodation and travel expenses to the retreat are not included and you are encouraged to book accommodations at the time of registration.
