Domestic

The S T I T C H E R S Merchant offers flat rate standard postage for $9.

Standard postage timeframes with Australia Post are 2-8 business days.

Australia Post Express (1-4 business days) options are available at checkout.  

Orders over $200* ship FREE within Australia (automatically applied at checkout)

*unless a bulky item which will be indicated.

Postage prices are also inclusive of all packaging and handling costs associated with your stitching delivery.

International

All International parcels are lodged with Australia Post International Standard Parcel Post (6-27 business days).

Updated August 26, 2025: I am sorry to say that at this stage we will no longer be posting to the United States as Australia Post are suspending parcel services. As a small business this has significant impact personally and across our industry. The Stitchers Merchant will resume when we can and appreciate your patience as we navigate through this. 

Effective August 20, 2025; Due to ongoing postal changes and tariffs affecting shipments to the United States, please note that any charges or duties applied upon entry into the USA will be the responsibility of the recipient. As a small business, we are deeply disappointed to have to place this responsibility on our customers, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. We kindly ask that you make your purchases with awareness of these potential tariff costs.

 Effective December 13th 2024; Due to the new GPSR regulations in the EU we will no longer be posting to EU countries due to the administration and fiscal costs of such regulations. We do hope this changes in the future however hope you can understand our decision has been a difficult one. 

Order processing times

We endeavour to post your parcel within 1-2 business days.

Orders received after 5pm business days will be processed for postage the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day we return to TSM. If there are any delays rest assured, we will notify you via email updates.

PREORDERS

IMPORTANT - PREORDERS ARE TO BE PURCHASED IN A SEPARATE TRANSACTION TO IN STOCK ITEMS. SEPARATE SHIPPING FEE APPLIES FOR PRE ORDERS.

Preorders are due approx. on the dates indicated on each product. 

There will be no refunds, additions allowed or cancellations on pre orders.
